About

Sustainability rarely fails because of strategy. It fails because organizations and people struggle to scale it in practice. I work with both individual leaders and professionals, and with organizations, to strengthen the capability needed to make sustainability stick. I am the founder of We Are Robin, author of Impact Skills, and a PhD candidate at Erasmus University researching ethics in the boardroom. Let's connect if you are exploring how to strengthen your own role in sustainability, or how to scale sustainability within your organization!
