I work with both individual leaders and professionals, and with organizations, to strengthen the capability needed to make sustainability stick. I am the founder of We Are Robin, author of Impact Skills, and a PhD candidate at Erasmus University researching ethics in the boardroom. We Are Robin supports the development of sustainability capability in individual professionals, leadership teams and across organizations. Faculty of Skills is a learning organization focused on strengthening professional capability in people and teams. Its programs support organizations in developing the skills needed for effective leadership, collaboration and change, with a strong emphasis on application in daily practice rather than theoretical knowledge.
TrainTool is an edtech scale-up developing an AI-powered platform for interactive role-playing exercises that improve communication skills. I co-founded the company and was involved in further developing the product and bringing it to market. The platform grew into a widely used learning solution for businesses and educational institutions.
