As of March 2026, I lead Belipact Group as CEO — a Belgian group powering the energy transition across three segments: Home, Business, and Infrastructure. Our operating companies (Belivert, Ingelec, Batimont, Battery4Industry) deliver the electrical installations, building technology, and energy infrastructure that make the transition real — from residential solar, batteries and heat pumps to large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. My focus: integrating recently acquired companies into a scalable, professionally managed group while preserving the entrepreneurial energy that made them successful. Before Belipact, I spent 20+ years building, scaling, and turning around businesses across Europe, North America, and the Middle East — always at the intersection of energy and technology. Key chapters include: — COO at NW Groupe (BESS infrastructure, Paris) — CEO at IECharge (high-power charging CPO, Europe) — COO/CCO at EVBox (global EV charging, Amsterdam) — VP Business Development at ENGIE Services (Canada) What I bring to the table: hands-on operational leadership, M&A execution (from sourcing to post-merger integration), and the ability to build structure without killing speed. IECharge has set out to become the leading operator in Europe for low-cost, high-power charging. In less than a year, ECharge has established itself as one of the leading charging point operators in France and aims to open more than 200 locations by the end of 2025.
