Set up and maintain the financial structures to follow-up cost/performance and support decision making in line with global frameworks. Work closely together with Business Navigation to create insight in costs and performance and support business steering. Coordinate the budget, forecast and cost follow up of the Group and Service Functions including supporting preparation of management reporting.
Responsible for accounting, statutory compliance and reporting for the Finland region. Provide high-quality budget, estimate, payroll and financial project support on an on-going basis. Additional duties include implementation of process improvements, new Financial ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and launch of in-house banking support.
Continuous, timely and accurate general ledger maintenance and reconciliation via NetSuite and Blackline. Month-end closing and reconciliations (namely of revenue and inter-company activity) within compressed time frames. Ensured internal, statutory and SOX compliance. Perform wide-ranging, periodic and ad-hoc analyses using Excel, Qlikview and Qlik Sense.
