About

I'm an IT graduate with hands-on experience across cloud infrastructure, networking, and AI/ML systems, holding an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification and graduating March 2026 from the University of Washington. I specialize in building and troubleshooting end-to-end systems. From Cisco labs running OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP to serverless RAG pipelines on Amazon Bedrock. I've also worked extensively with CloudFormation, Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes across personal projects and enterprise environments. Some favorite career moments include: - Resolving 25–30 enterprise customer cases per week as an AWS Cloud Support intern across EC2, VPC, Lambda, and IAM, and contributing troubleshooting workflows to 3 internal playbooks used by AWS support teams. - Building MedSecure, a HIPAA-compliant multi-region healthcare data exchange with CloudFormation IaC, VPC Transit Gateway routing, Lambda-based PHI redaction, and Athena/QuickSight analytics pipelines. - Delivering a full website and appointment-scheduling portal for Resonance Sound Healing two weeks ahead of schedule as Project Manager, increasing business traffic by 75% with 100% client satisfaction. - Developing Awsolver, a RAG-based Slack assistant using LangChain, Amazon Bedrock (Claude 3.5 Sonnet + Titan Embeddings), and OpenSearch, deployed serverlessly with Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway. Whether hiring or not, I welcome the opportunity to connect with engineers, architects, and hiring managers about cloud architecture, networking, DevOps, and AI/ML infrastructure. I'm actively pursuing IT, Cloud, and Networking roles. Would love to chat! Reach out at [email protected].
