About

I've managed $70m budgets across TerraPower's MCFR Program for 8 years. In the past year I've developed a team of 5 project managers and supplier project engineers into a team of 13 including multiple managers of people serving all aspects or project planning, delivery, and execution. I've also lead program process development, organizational overhaul, resource planning, and long term strategy to grow a program from 140 engineers to 500 engineers and support staff. With a strong foundation in project estimation, R&D, and supplier management, I am committed to fostering a collaborative environment for team success. My work emphasizes aligning technical and operational objectives, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovative solutions within the nuclear technology sector.
