I've managed $70m budgets across TerraPower's MCFR Program for 8 years. In the past year I've developed a team of 5 project managers and supplier project engineers into a team of 13 including multiple managers of people serving all aspects or project planning, delivery, and execution. I've also lead program process development, organizational overhaul, resource planning, and long term strategy to grow a program from 140 engineers to 500 engineers and support staff. Aerojet Rocketdyne is a world-recognized aerospace and defense leader that provides propulsion and energetics to the space, missile defense and strategic systems, tactical systems and armaments areas, in support of domestic and international markets. Responsible for process and manufacturing verification of multiple suppliers and technologies, including machining, sheet metal fabrication, thermal components, and non-destructive testing.
