Responsible for the project management of the Pyxis Post-Delivery Services Contract for Woodside Energy Pty Ltd worth an estimated $15M AUD. Pyxis is the first project of its kind in the world for TechnipFMC to deliver and install its new Subsea 2.0 system. Key Responsibilities: · PO Management ensure client requirements are met across safety, quality, delivery & P/L · Resource planning required for the successful execution of the project · Plan and execute project start up activities - Service Executions Plans, CTR’s, Risk Reviews etc. · Leading a multi-discipline team to execute project deliverables (HSE, Quality, Engineering, Cost Control, Technical Service, Operations) · Managing client expectations to ensure alignment in project deliverables · Responsible for profit & loss for the project along with revenue forecasting
Managing project and operations for the Shell Prelude FLNG project. My responsibilities include: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Planning, executing and monitoring all project facets. Including effective supply chain management from the procurement of project specific equipment, transport, mobilization and installation work scopes. - Scope, Time, Resources, Quality & Risk Management for various project & operational facets. - Management of Client interface, invoicing and negotiating variations to contract. - Cost & revenue management ensuring project delivery exceeds quality and margin targets. - Critical financial analysis, risk assessment and valuation of project solutions. - Provide insightful analysis, interpretation and recommendations based on project resource and cost allocation. - Establishing project schedules, technical service personnel management for local, offshore and international assignments using Microsoft Project and Excel (PowerPivot). KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: ★ Identified an opportunity to implement and improve capital productivity through process restructuring for the whole TechnipFMC Henderson base; responsible for reducing internal engineering costs equating to $600k AUD/year. ★ Identified a requirement, designed, tested and implemented financial reporting program track all project costs and revenues whilst also enabling Profit / Loss, margin reporting and entire project finance tracking. Resulted in an increase in revenue and overall profitability of the Prelude Project.
Technical engineering focal point for 8+ Operation Coordinators at the TechnipFMC Henderson base. Provided engineering support to Shell Australia for all offshore/subsea activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Shell Prelude - Engineering Focal Point - Providing technical support to Shell Australia and 3rd party contractors - Preparing technical documentation for the maintenance, modification and mobilisation of subsea equipment. (ROV tooling, subsea structures along with drilling & completions) Subsea Services Engineer - Working with workshop technicians on various hardware scopes. Resolving of equipment issues whilst also improving product development and design. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: ★ Responsible for refurbishment, testing and early delivery of the Woodside Tidepole Subsea Tree under budget.
