KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: - Developed & Deployed Mars NZ Business Growth Acceleration Strategy involving re-setting brand/customer priorities & investments, establishing digital commerce teams & capabilities, deploying strategic revenue management capabilities, simplifying the supply chain and led both a significant organisation re-design and a cultural values programme to create a high performance, high care environment. - Pioneered for Mars globally the launch of MY HOOMAN, a world’s first disruptive data-driven pet shelter platform that delivers high value pet parent data and acquisition opportunities. - Developed and drove a high performance, high care culture; awarded as one NZ’s ‘Great Places to Work’ - Led the re-shaping of local community strategy to align partnerships with company purpose. Two highlights: Pet Refuge which to date has helped over 200 families & their pets out of domestic violence situations & the NZ Food Network delivering over 140 tonnes of product to families in need.

      Mars Petcare is the largest of Mars segments with sales in excess of US$14 billion. Developed, drove & deployed the strategy to accelerate growth for the Care & Treats business globally. Led & influenced cross-functional teams to deliver brand/customer strategies, R&D/innovation pipelines, country deployment of Brand portfolio and customer/ in-store resources to drive growth acceleration & the expansion of brand portfolio into Mars 50 top markets globally. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: - Delivered accelerated growth in 2016-2017 for the Care & Treats business (US$1.5bn) having developed, driven and deployed the growth acceleration strategy – a key priority for Mars. - Developed compelling commercial strategies via working with global & market teams across Americas, Europe & Asia-Pac to enable major capital investments.
