Peter was running the ADP Claims Services Group, first as the exec VP of the international division out of Zurich Switzerland, subsequently as the President of the worldwide division out of San Ramon, CA. Under his leadership, the Group transformed from a database centered company around auto claims estimates into an end-to-end, auto claims processing and IT provider of solutions/services to the insurance & automotive industry. Peter led the division annually to record-breaking sales, revenues and profits by growing it through internal initiatives, company reengineering, and acquisitions. Revenues more than doubled to over $400M and profits improved more than fourfold. The division was subsequently IPO’d at more than $1,1B.
Online Internet, a Belgium Internet Service Provider, led by Peter Op de Beeck, thereby integrating several small loss-making players into a single profit-making Internet services company and accelerating its growth to 30,0000+ customers. He subsequently represented investors during the sales negotiations with the UK corporation (C&W) that acquired Online Internet, with investors making ROI of several multiples.
