My Technical expertise and domains will be focused on the Servers ,Databases ,Virtualisation ,e-mail and Development platforms this for all ICS sites. I'll analyse mainly new service requests and try to propose solutions towards the business that can be supported in an effective way by Service Delivery. After acceptance from the business I'll prepare the project kickoff and provide the project manager the scope and technical milestones to implement. I'm primarily responsible for the successful delivery of Services engagements.This in areas like storage, networks ,mail ,firewalls ,server platforms ,infrastructure and datacenter management. I mainly play also a role in outsource governance ,process management and I facilitate transition to production of project deliverables. I live in a world full of customer acceptance ,risk identification ,best practices ,IT architect review ,account management ,resource management ,project boards ,change boards and all ITIL related process activities. My main expertise is to facilitate/challenge IT Solutions from the drawing board to the service acceptance.
