About

I’m Peter Fredrick Moll πŸ‘‹πŸΌ A Kenyan systems builder turning hope into action and Ubuntu into infrastructure, with a deep commitment to people, wildlife, and the landscapes that hold us all. For over a decade, I have fused ancient African wisdom with modern systems thinking to design structures where youth lead, thriving people and thriving wildlife exist side by side, nature is protected with dignity, and transformation sustains itself across generations. I build systems that make shared futures between people and planet possible. THE FOUNDATION At twenty, I founded Stand Up Shout Out (SUSO), the flagship initiative of World Leaders of Today, grounded in one conviction: every community holds changemakers when trust, tools, and opportunity align. What began as a youth-led movement in Kenya now links grassroots communities to policy spaces globally advancing inclusive systems for social change, biodiversity protection, and the wellbeing of people and nature. As a youth leader and Conservation Justice pioneer, I bridge village barazas and governance tables, shaping solutions that endure. THE PHILOSOPHY 🌍 Ubuntu Systems Architecture – I design systems that outlast leaders, built on "I am because we are." From youth-led policy platforms to coexistence villages, I create infrastructure transforming communities and multiplying impact across generations. 🌎 Conservation Justice – Our dreams are inseparable from our planet's health. From mangrove restoration creating green jobs to human-wildlife coexistence, I prove thriving wildlife and thriving communities go hand in hand. πŸ’ͺ🏿 Youth as Architects – I position young people as designers of change, architects of their future. I equip them to lead, influence decisions, drive solutions cultivating a generation turning ideas into impact with courage. I’m an all-time, full-time optimist who believes in Africa’s Future Hope is in my veins, Ubuntu flows through my hands, and the work tells the story

  • Chief Executive Officer And Founder at World Leaders Of Today
    May 2018 - Present Β· 8 yrs 2 mos

At twenty, I founded Stand Up Shout Out (SUSO) β€” a movement built on one conviction: young people can stand up for what they believe in and shout out with purpose, not just noise. What began as a youth-led initiative has grown into a continental network now in 33 counties and 23+ countries uniting changemakers across Africa, proving that organized hope, paired with structure, becomes strategy. Today, I serve as Chief Executive Officer of World Leaders of Today (WLT) β€” the global nonprofit behind SUSO. Our mission: create a world where inclusive, forward-thinking approaches drive lasting change, fostering harmony between humanity and nature through collaboration, policy engagement, and grassroots action. Under my leadership, WLT has evolved from campaign-driven network into a systems-based organization connecting boardrooms to grassroots realities, transforming local wisdom into global impact. Our work spans interconnected areas: 1.Climate Change, Wildlife, and Biodiversity Conservation 2.Leadership Development and Capacity Building 3.Policy Engagement and Advocacy 4.Network Building and Multi-Sector Collaboration 5.Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Consultancy These pillars guide our strategy, partnerships, and impact shaping how we design programs, influence governance, and empower youth-led innovation across Africa. Our philosophy is rooted in Ubuntu β€” "I am because we are." It guides how we design impact, measure success, and empower youth to see themselves as architects of their future, not beneficiaries. SUSO’s core framework, READIΒ³, defines how we operate: Kujituma (Proactivity): taking initiative and ownership Kujiamini (Self-belief): believing in our capacity to create change Kujitokeza (Showing up): leading visibly and authentically in every space

  • President and Founder at Stand Up Shout Out
    Jan 2013 - Present Β· 13 yrs 6 mos

http://www.standupshoutoutworld.org/ Stand Up Shout Out (SUSO) is youth organization founded on the 18th of January 2013 by a young man, Peter Moll. Driven by his passion to contribute positively to our society and speak out against all ills and injustices, Moll brought together a group of like-minded individuals in April of 2013 to form the SUSO team who work together and share the same vision & dreams: Living to see a better world, not simply by praying and wishing for one, but in the words of Ghandi, β€œbe that change we wish to see in the world”. OUR MISSION Our mission is to bring together the youth in Kenya, solidify our presence on an international platform and set a foundation for the accessibility of sustainable socioeconomic and environmental change for the youth globally. We hope to enrich the quality of life, promote patriotism, welfare and strengthen unity amongst our local and global community thus building on the basis of humanity and compassion OUR VISION To dissolve the counterproductive walls of isolation within our society; the more cooperation within a society, the greater the advancement of that society as a whole and the individual through development in all aspects: Access to information and technology, cultural awareness and integration, an end to inequality, and overall wellbeing of all citizens. Today, to be a citizen of the world is to be open-minded and empathetic toward all cultures, nations, and beliefs, a concept that is now almost a standard and is highly beneficial to the human mind. We therefore seek to unite our members and instil a virtue of togetherness between themselves and other global citizens.
