Delivery lead for a brownfield and smart brownfield S/4HANA implementation for a Global Telco across multiple countries with on-/near-/offshore delivery team.
Delivery Lead for several large-scale SAP initiatives, including Deputy Domain Lead for Finance&Network Domain (ca. 350 FTE), overseeing an interim AD/AM services project across multiple countries (ca. 100 FTE), leading a local SAP ECC implementation, and managing local SAP ECC implementation and maintenance program.

• The client has executed a CRM, Billing and Middleware transformation program based on Siebel, Kenan, Tibco platforms. • I was responsible for the design of the Account Management and Data Administration work package and leaded the CRM test team during the system test phase and reporting the test activity.
• The client initiated a unified CRM implementation program based on Siebel 8.1 platform in four country subsidiaries. • I was the lead of the Contact Channels Management and Customer Service Management Streams in a multi-country impacted unified CRM implementation program based on Siebel 8.1. Additionally I leaded the analysis of the local requirements and localized the core multi-country solution. • In the later phase of the project I was the operational project manager of the legacy CRM development project aimed to integrate the system to the new CRM system.
• I was in charge for the high-level design preparation for Unified Dealer Management and I was the system integration project lead in the implementation phase of the project. • I led the design team and was responsible for the functional design during an Incident and Workflow management implementation project. I led test team, monitor test script preparation and test execution. I was in charge for executing User Acceptance Test, managing Change Requests and supporting the client after go-live. • I was the functional expert during implementation of a packaged CRM based on Clarify and TIBCO packages (Clarify, TIBCO, Weblogic, BPM) and designed change requests, managed test measurements, and prepared training materials.
