Peter Kerkhoff | Interieurarchitectuur (estd. 2009) is a interior design studio with a focus on rebuilding and refurbishing existing private residences and commercial buildings. Rezoning, constructional alterations and extensions go hand in hand with interior design and decoration. Under the PTR label our studio also develops bespoke pieces of furniture, tailored to specific needs and wishes. Most of the time these one-off pieces are designed with a specific location in mind and in close consultation with the client. For more information, please visit our website: www.peterkerkhoff.nl
I am involved in numerous design projects, ranging from corporate identity to office interiors. Besides these corporate projects, I also design and draw projects for private clients. These involve extensions or alterations to their home or the design of custom made furniture solutions. For more information, please visit my website.
As a receptionist/Host, I am basically responsable for the day to day operations of the museum: Operating the cash register Handling incoming phone calls Assiting people with tourist information on the area Every once in while, I guide people through the museum and the exhibitions.
Together with the General Manager, I managed the day to day operations of large sized venue in the middle of the city centre of Venlo. This place consists of three floors: A café (+/- 250 people) on the first, a restaurant (+/- 55 seats) on the second and a meeting room (+/- 100 people) on the third floor. I was in charge of the restaurant and meeting room operations; sales and reservations of meetings, weddings, large groups, international guests, parties. Together with the chef, changing the menu every 3 months. Staffing for the events and the restaurant. Ordering stock and keeping inventory. Making a completely new wine list for the venue as a total. Preparations of decorations (christmas,etc.). Thinking of new concepts to attract new business and keeping the business we got.
I did many odd jobs at the hotel, mostly in the restaurant, especially during breakfast and lunch.
