    Launched SalesTribe in Singapore. This was really a great chance to work in a proper boot-strapped startup. It feels like I learnt more in a year here than almost the rest of my career combined. SalesTribe is a two-sided global marketplace that connects businesses with professional sales capability (sales enablement and sales talent). As part of our offering, I partnered with SaaS businesses who wanted to scale their sales teams in Asia. I did this by becoming an extension of Talent Acquisition. This took many forms across EVP building, Talent Attraction Campaigns, Market Visibility, Direct Headhunting and Leveraging the SalesTribe "Tribe" to bring market ready trained and enabled quality sales people to the table.       In 2017 I was promoted to manage the technology team for RGF. This was a rebuild, scaling from 2 people to 8 people at its largest. We focused primarily on sales recruitment, while also helping clients on more technical roles. In 2018 I also took on the "Regional Practice Head" role. They selected me for this as one of 5 people (out of roughly 1000 staff regionally). The goal of this role was to drive regional collaboration, help infuse a specialist approach in legacy offices and elevate the regional technology function as a whole. On a personal level, I focused on high-level sales and leadership positions within the software space. As always, with a focus on financial technology, SaaS and PaaS. A lot of this work was retained a key clients included: MuleSoft, Wolters Kluwer, eFront, Infor, NTT DATA, SimCorp, eNett and a fair few others over the years. These were all commercial leadership hires. All in all, a great experience.
