About

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, finance, and public mission; supporting federal agencies, senior executives, and technical teams with the complexities of modern IT operations. Most recently, I helped lead IT financial strategy for the Office of the CIO at USAID, guiding operating and capital investments that supported a global technology footprint. I oversaw large-scale budgets, strengthened forecasting and governance practices, and partnered closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, procurement, and mission teams to ensure that resources were deployed where they delivered the most value. Building clearer visibility into costs, improving investment decision making, and aligning programs to strategic priorities. Before that, I provided technical and management oversight to USAID’s cybersecurity and compliance portfolio. I supported executive leadership in balancing risk, cost, and operational needs across critical security functions and introduced efficiency measures that reduced recurring expenses while maintaining mission readiness. Serving on IT governance bodies deepened my experience in evaluating technical investments and ensuring compliance across complex environments. Earlier in my career, I developed a strong foundation in IT program management and financial control through consulting roles with organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI, and Apptis. I managed budgets for defense and civilian IT programs, built financial tracking systems, contributed to competitive proposals that secured major contract awards, and applied formal program control methods to improve transparency and accountability. These roles gave me hands-on experience working alongside engineers, contracting officers, and program leadership to keep technology initiatives on track and aligned with business realities. I’m drawn to environments where financial stewardship, technical understanding, and mission impact intersect. Whether managing multimillion dollar portfolios, shaping governance processes, or supporting cybersecurity and infrastructure programs, I focus on clarity, accountability, and long-term value. My approach centers on working closely with stakeholders at every level to connect resources to outcomes and to help organizations make informed, strategic decisions about their technology investments. I am committed to building teams and processes that empower thoughtful decision making, strengthen operational resilience, and support the mission with both discipline and creativity.
