As a Performance Analyst for Fiducient Advisors, I reconcile investments across multiple custodians and asset types to build and maintain client reporting. This includes generating performance and portfolio characteristics and producing monthly and quarterly reporting. I also assimilate previous consultant and institutional track records from a variety of formats and systems into our performance software. I work with both operations and marketing to fulfill RFP requests and drive new business, and create ad hoc data sets and exhibits as needed.
As a Investment Performance Analyst for Voya IM, I managed the inputs and outputs of our investment performance systems to create daily/monthly institutional performance reporting, and returns based statistics. I ran daily reconciliation and control reports to ensure data integrity, working with internal and external investment accounting to audit and correct inputs. I also created performance related excel based ad-hoc reports such as custom time period annualized returns, hypothetical net of fee returns, and multi-source reconciliations. As part of my duties, I conducted outlier reviews using attribution across multiple vendors, data sources, and asset types in service of reporting and marketing process automation. As a Financial Analyst at ALIRT Research, my primary responsibility was maintaining and updating the proprietary ALIRT quantitative models for rating the financial solvency and credit strength of insurance companies across the Life, P&C, and Health industries. My other responsibilities included cataloging and responding to ratings actions across the big three credit rating agencies and A.M. Best, supporting Senior Analysts in their evaluation of target companies, navigating the statutory filings and financials of selected insurers and fraternal organizations for relevant financial data for the ALIRT models, and fulfilling specific client requests/projects as needed.
