Over the past nearly 13 years at EcoVadis, I’ve worked at the intersection of sustainability and go-to-market helping global enterprises operationalize programs across decarbonization, supply chain due diligence, and ESG reporting and regulations. My focus has been translating sustainability strategy into real-world execution—bridging product, customers, and frontline teams to drive measurable impact.
I lead global Sales Engineering at EcoVadis, working at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and go-to-market to support enterprise organizations in operationalizing ESG programs across procurement, decarbonization, and regulatory compliance. Over time, my role expanded from leading a specialized Center of Excellence to building and scaling a global Solution Consulting function aligned to enterprise strategy. Today, the team supports complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives spanning supply chain sustainability, Scope 3 decarbonization, and ESG data and reporting requirements. My work focuses on translating sustainability and product capabilities—including data integrations and platform workflows—into measurable outcomes for procurement, finance, regulatory, and executive stakeholders. I’ve supported initiatives representing 55%+ of global ARR and helped improve execution consistency and outcomes in complex enterprise environments. In parallel, I led a global Sales Enablement transformation during a critical growth phase—introducing structured performance measurement (L1–L3), leadership development programs, and role-based enablement frameworks to drive accountability and behavior change across regions. Beyond individual initiatives, I scaled the global Sales Engineering organization from 3 to 32 team members, aligned coverage to business complexity, and contributed frontline insight into product roadmap prioritization and broader company strategy.
I operated in an early solution consulting and pre-sales capacity at the intersection of Evaluation Services, Sales, and Customer Success. I served as a primary analytical interface for enterprise customers, translating technical sustainability scoring methodology into clear business, risk, and compliance impact narratives. I partnered directly with Sales on enterprise pursuits and renewals, contributing to discovery conversations, integrating advisory services into expansion strategies, and supporting executive-level discussions around sustainable procurement programs. Beyond individual accounts, I advised global enterprises on sustainable procurement program design, policy development, and implementation roadmaps. I also synthesized frontline and customer feedback to refine service delivery models and clarify role ownership as the organization scaled.
In my early tenure at EcoVadis, I worked across Customer Success and methodology development, supporting enterprise clients in adopting sustainability scorecards and aligning reporting with global regulatory and disclosure frameworks. I delivered client training programs, developed customer-facing tools linking sustainability data to procurement and compliance requirements, and collaborated with internal teams to improve evaluation clarity and consistency.
