About

I am a MacKay CEO Forum Chair and Strategic Advisor, focused on one of the most overlooked realities of leadership: it’s lonely at the top. Having served as a CEO three times, I know the weight of the role — the decisions, the pressure, and the lack of safe, unbiased sounding boards. Today, I lead multiple CEO peer groups where leaders come together in non-competitive, fully confidential forums to work through business, family, and personal challenges. When CEOs have the right environment and perspective, their impact multiplies. I also work with MacKay CEO Forums to expand our presence across Ontario and Eastern Canada — helping more CEOs access this kind of high-value peer support. As a “super connector,” I bring together 1,300 members, 5,000 alumni, 75 Chairs, ~200 advisors, and 25 partners to create meaningful relationships and opportunities. Previously, I was a CEO and senior financial services executive, leading complex, regulated organizations through transformation, growth, and uncertainty. I’ve built and scaled businesses, executed turnarounds, launched new ventures, and reset strategy, operating models, and leadership teams to restore performance. My experience spans customer strategy, risk, operations, technology, culture, and governance. I’ve led through defining moments — M&A, rebrands, expansion, crisis, and enterprise change — and have spent much of my career building cultures that drive accountability, engagement, and results. Today, my focus is simple: helping CEOs think better, decide better, and lead better.
