I serve global multi-nationals, private equity firms, and small & medium sized publicly traded, private and family-owned enterprises. My areas of expertise cover CEO search and succession, board search and consulting, other C-level search, and senior-level assessment and development to help clients achieve their growth, globalization and innovation aspirations. I am an experienced lecturer with a track record from the Bocconi MBA School in Milan and the Universities of St. Gallen (HSG) and Zurich on the topics of Entrepreneurship and Career Planning. I am married with three children, have a black belt in Karate, set the Swiss Army record for a 100km marathon and am passionately involved with several musical projects.
As Global Head of Brand Development, I was globally responsible for all digital marketing, sponsorship & events and corporate branding activities of Zurich Insurance world-wide, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.
As Group Head of Recruitment for Zurich Financial Services, I was globally responsible for internal and external recruitment, as well as Employer Branding, reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer.
Founded a company specialized in high-end personalized entertainment products in the live-, audio- and multimedia area. This includes Acappella live Performances, personalized song productions for corporates and individuals and film productions for TV and online, produced in our own digital a-live studios in Zurich Switzerland. After passing on the CEO role, I remained Chairman till the sell of the company in 2013.
I started as ABM on Pampers Switzerland, worked there for 2,5 years, before I moved to Pringles Europe, where I became BM shortly after. P&G is a great company with truely energizing, value-centered and dynamic people.
