About

Senior HR-professional with solid international experience gained at a variety of multinationals in FMCG, Retail and Commodities. I have a passion for identifying weak signals, follow and stimulate trends in the field of people and organization. By doing so I have been able to create a compelling and provocative vision for the future of work which in my view will replace the traditional HR-function. I call this vision Human Experience Management (HXM), which I created 2019.
