International business leader with more than 30 years of experience growing, scaling and strengthening global consumer brands across multiple regions worldwide. My career includes senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most iconic companies — including serving as Global CMO at Heineken, responsible (among others) for the global marketing and commercial strategy of the Heineken® brand, and as Regional Director Asia-Pacific at LVMH (Wine & Spirits Division), overseeing brand development, commercial performance and multicultural teams across key APAC markets. Over the past decade, I played a key role in Rituals’ international expansion — leading the brand’s growth across Europe, developing new markets, establishing country organisations, building high-performing retail and commercial teams, and setting up strong distributor partnerships in newer markets. I was responsible for driving the company’s international commercial strategy, accelerating the development of future growth markets, and building the organisational and operational foundations that enabled Rituals to scale rapidly across multiple regions. Throughout my career, I have led organisations through rapid growth, new market entry, large-scale transformation and multi-channel expansion.
