I'm founder of insurance marketing-communications firm Aartrijk. I co-authored a book, "The Powers: Ten Factors for Building an Exponentially More Powerful Brand," with Tony Wessling. As a journalist and spokesperson for the insurance industry, I've appeared on CNN, CNBC, Fox and other networks, and I've been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post and other national media.
