I am a mechanical engineer and product designer, with a passion for 3D modeling, 3D printing, and solving various engineering and design problems. Through my university years, I had a chance to test my knowledge in various fields, from setting up fluid simulations, and modeling telecommunications hardware, to reverse engineering and preparing rifle scope models for use in a VR environment. Besides my professional skills, I fluently speak Hungarian, Slovenian, and English, and I speak Croatian and Polish on a basic level. I am a team player, I like to clash my ideas with others, find solutions in unexpected places, and always learn something new about the ins and outs of our profession.
In my role as a Customer Success Specialist at Shell, I am tasked with promptly and effectively supporting our partners in keeping their heavy-duty fleets operational. This involves onboarding new customers, familiarizing them with our platform and its features, resolving technical issues, and gathering feedback from clients. By actively engaging in these activities, I contribute to creating a positive user experience and refining our workflow and systems in line with customer requirements.
Preparing 3D geometry for CFD simulations I reverse engineered over 100 hunting rifle scopes, scope mounts, and rifle stocks for use in a VR environment. This involved using traditional measuring techniques, 3D scanning, GOM Inspect for meshing and cleanup, and Solidworks to produce the final CAD models based on the meshes.
