I lead a team whose mission is to discover, design, iterate, and successfully introduce innovative technology and services to protect our customers against cyber threats. Key Responsibilities: - Design new tools and technology to enable MD services or solve MD problems - Gather and promote ideas for potential technology and service offerings - Empower teams to design and develop effective technology and services - Share and promote understanding of MD innovations and methodologies with FE teams - Identify, evaluate, and help prioritize service integrations for new products or features - Actively work to eliminate and streamline MD processes - Enable MD teams on service, technology, or product offerings - Enable MD Leaders to make high-quality, high-velocity decisions - Measure adoption of new product, technology, and service offerings - Evaluate and suggest improvements to business process to achieve desirable outcomes
Leading a team of cybersecurity professionals in support of core service delivery for FireEye as a Service (FireEye's Managed Detection and Response service) customers. - Lead a 15+ team of Analysts providing intrusion detection and response services for 250+ Managed Defense (FireEye's MDR) customers - Drive process improvements and technology enhancements to improve SOC performance and morale - Identify, develop, and implement solutions to issues within the SOC operation space - Collaborate with internal technology teams, product management, and customer support teams to optimize and transform service offerings
Leading and defining technology and offerings for FireEye as a Service specifically focused on FireEye's Network Threat Defense products. Key responsibilities in FireEye as a Service include: • Design and drive implementation of detection and hunting services • Serve as Product Manager for internal Analyst tools, consoles, and reporting technologies • Measure and improve service performance by gathering and analyzing operational metrics • Influence FireEye product roadmap to align with desired FaaS service offerings • Meet with existing or prospect customers on network services and product roadmap • Write technical documentation and customer communications to support network services
