As the Representative Director for Dyson’s top market, I oversee the full P&L and manage a nationwide team of talented individuals. My responsibilities include leading dispersed teams, driving corporate-wide transformation initiatives, and devising and executing go-to-market strategies for new product innovations. ► Delivered massive profit growth, cost reductions and created new markets by successfully launching new product categories. ► Awarded "2023 Best of APAC" for Japan Business Transformation. ► Grew the B2B business by over 320%, becoming the benchmark for Dyson globally. ► Secured the #1 position in key product categories through devising and executing go-to-market strategies. ► Fueled growth by launching new sales channels, eCommerce initiatives and partnership initiatives. ► Unified dispersed teams, driving superior execution of strategic plans and instilling a shared vision.
I have the opportunity to lead and work alongside incredible individuals who are helping transform Nissan. Setting vision and execution plans for North & South Americas. Responsible for program management, mid and long term strategy, business transformation, supplier management, cost and CAPEX management, corporate planning, product planning, mobility, business development, connected services, partnerships, market intelligence and full product P&L.
Initially based in Japan and later in Hong Kong, I was responsible for leading the global product P&L and Business Transformation for Infiniti. My duties included full costs and CAPEX management, overseeing product development, ADAS/Software/EV strategy development and implementation, supplier negotiations, partner management, product launches, pricing strategies, and network development across global markets. This role required a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to manage complex, multinational operations.
