Transport Operation: Wave, Allocate inbound and outbound loads. Direct and lead Forklift Operators to make sure loads are loaded/received properly. Manage dock for fast and efficient loading/receiving. Keep track of all short products and keep records of total loads for daily reports. Help resolve any WMS issues. Pick Operation: Wave and Allocate 40-50 Routes a night for Sales Delivery the next morning. Coordinate and activate pick work for Pickers to pull and load. Assign Routes to Bulk/Geo trailers. Manage work Through WMS. Help resolve any WMS issues.
I’m responsible for productively running the Cooler Assembly Line to meet Quality, and Production goals. Motivate a team of 7 Techs and a Quality Control Tech and provide the correct tools to complete their assigned duties. Assist in Material replenishment to keep assembly parts filled and production running.
