Started as Financial Analyst and was promoted to Senior Analyst and Team Lead during this time. Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and to ensure SOX compliance. Managing a team of 5 Financial Analysts responsible for the Purchase-to-Pay activities in 13 markets across Europe. Involved in harmonization projects to increase efficiency and quality, as well as support and coordinate the transition of FSS in outsourcing project.
Working for the Integrated Supply Chain, Global Technology Services Sweden. Validation of contract agreements, coordination of orders to suppliers, including purchasing, invoicing and follow up with Project Management. Reconciliation and financial follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for Cash Administration projects in all Nordic countries. Lead implementation of harmonization plan across the Nordic countries. Ensure audit compliance to processes and SOX controls. Cash control and account closing in monthly, quarterly and annual end closings.
