Current position is to lead the CX site of 4 business units - Dedicated facility production beef patties for world’s largest QSR - Dedicated facility producing a range of bespoke burger products for Food Service and Retail in Europe - Dedicated facility to produce IQF mince and dice for Food Service and Retail in Europe. - Dedicated facility to produce fresh retail pack for home market retailers and Europe. Responsibilities: - P/L accountability for 4 business units - Overall management for Production, Technical, Maintenance, HR, H@S, Planning,Projects,CI,Purchasing Key achievements: - Managing one of the largest manufactures of beef patties in Europe up to 3 million per day - Best in class facility using lean/6sigma tools to drive improvements - Multi disciplined site - Only food site in Ireland to achieve our business working responsibly award - Leader in sustainability 20 years’ experience at site and general management
