I have more than 30 years' experience in professional planning, operation and execution of projects in the Oil and Gas Industry, Supervisory and management disciplines mainly offshore. I have worked on Platforms, Harsh Environment Jack-up Rigs, Semi-Submersible Rigs, DW DrillShip and intervention Vessel, in the Danish and Norwegian sector, GoM, Africa, Asia and a short period in the Arabic golf. I have attended numerous technical and managerial job relevant courses. I take pride in performing a good result, starting with careful planning, timely preparations and safe and efficient execution. Main job focus points for the future: Drilling Supervision operations from Mobile units, interspersed for periods, on office rotation assignments locally or abroad utilizing my competences and experience. Returned to Namibia (TEEPNA) as DCSSV / RSES, drilled and performed DST on exploration well TAMBOTI-1X. Then we drilled exploration well MARULA-1X, semisubmersible Deepsea Mira in Orange basin offshore Namibia. Highlights from the Namibia campaign: * Performed deepest DST's in the world by water depth. * Successful BOP running in 2 parts. * Successful BOP hop between Venus-1X and Venus-1A with both BOP and LMRP suspended. * Cementing through the Top Drive.
Assigned to Rep. Congo (TEPC) as DCSSV / RSES, drilling exploration well Niamou Marine-1 with Deepsea Mira semisub offshore Rep. Congo. Highlights from Congo project: * Niamou was a frontier exploration, targeting deep objectives and crossing a thick salt section. * Operational challenges with marginal margins, the well was delivered with all well objectives safely, * Implementation of BioLife (Bio-sourced base oil) allowing the drilling mud to be “carbon neutral” from Life Cycle Assessment stand-point and the second deepest drilled in Africa (6928m TVD). * Successful application of multi-countries exploration rig line despite the challenges associated with it.
I now work for Total, after completed acquisition and takeover of Maersk Oil. Continue w. Work-over campaign / temporary P&A operation in the Danish part of the North sea, utilize jackup rig Maersk Resilient at respectively Gorm F and Halfdan platforms.
