Perform Physico-chemical Analysis (pH, %Salt, %Acid, % Brix, Consistency, Texture, Sensory Evaluation and Retention sample testing). Monitor production to ensure that all sauces produced meet quality standards and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) program. Inspect and monitor the production area to ensure adherence to sanitation standards, procedures, and SOPs within the plant. Inspect adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (conduct GMP audits and personnel inspections) Assist in the Research and Development of new sauces.
Inspect Good Manufacturing Practices (conduct In-House Sanitation and GMP Audit, GMP Inspection of Personnel and delivery vans; and validation of Area temperature and Chlorine concentration.) Inspect and monitor production area to ensure conformity in sanitation standards and procedures or SOPs in the plant. Productions monitoring to ensure all products produced are within quality standards. Assigned in quality inspection of raw materials and finished goods
Receiving and inspection of Raw Materials including meat, poultry, traded item and vegetable. Develop and observe compliance of the HACCP Program (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). Assigned in quality inspection of raw materials and finished goods. Dispatch monitoring to ensure all items are in FIFO basis. Application of Shipping Permits online for local shipments.
