Peter Raeymaekers was trained as a molecular geneticist and has 15 years’ experience in biotechnology and life science research. In 1999 he started his own science and technology communication company (LyRaGen) and specialised in science and medical journalism; science, technology and (public) health writing; technology assessment; support of public health projects; and citizen and patient participation. He is author and co-author of >25 books, brochures and reports in Dutch and English and >60 scientific publications.
