Rise Resound Rebuild CIC was a campaign to reopen the Grosvenor House Youth Centre in Salisbury as a self-sustainable youth centre and community hub, housing several existing local social enterprises and providing a team of youth workers from overseas social worker graduates. The campaign was not successful in winning the bid for the property from Wiltshire Council.
