I am an international student who comes from Shanghai China and study at University of Guelph. However this is my fourth year study in Canada, I studied at Kingsway College in Oshawa for 2 years. The major course I am taking is Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management. More then four years’ working experience at Shanghai four star hotel, including preparing ingredients and side dish. During the four years’ working experience, I have earned much food safety knowledge and cooking experience although cooking different countries’ food is also available for me. Western Japanese Korean and Chinese food are all familiar for me. This is my second year at University of Guelph, I enjoy having communication with professors and solving different problem by team. I am willing to develop my hospitality knowledge specific in catering and management. I believe after four years study, I will be a successful executive chef.
