Experienced in implementing management systems for Quality, Health and Environment according to European and Australian legislation and regulation. Experienced in organizing the in company emergency team (First Aid and in company Fire Fighters). Experienced in training co-workers and customers. Good knowledge of statistics, chemistry, paper technology and printing techniques. Extensive knowledge of the legislation and specific demands for food safety. Knowledge of warehousing, logistics and traceability of trucks. Knowledge of raw material identification and traceability from supplier to finished products. Broad knowledge of envelope production, printing techniques (flexo, offset and digital). Knowledge of inserting systems for envelopes. Familiar with FSC- and PEFC regulations and certification. Started consulting company, PHAPEN-QHSE, for advising and coaching for Quality, Health and Safety certification and regulation. Last experience in health organization as proces coördinator, preparing the system for ISO certification.
At the ROC - West Brabant both school- and region-exams has been organized. The surveillant or proctor is the set supervisor who checks if everything during the examinations happens according to the established regulations.
PHAPEN-QHSE looks forward to share the experience and knowledge with others. The experience is process management, quality, environment and risk. Great knowledge of processing and certification of wood products such as paper and cardboard (traceability, FSC, PEFC). There has done jobs in: print shops, envelope industry, paper industry, breweries, wineries, dairy industry, vegetable preserve industry.

Since my retirement I have done a number of interim jobs in the chemical , paper and food industry. Or preparing a first QSHE certification according the Dutch legislation and regulations and if it differs to other international legislation and regulations or preparing for a re-certification. Average time each job about 4 months depending on the "state of art".
