Engineering Decision Intelligence | QA/QC Performance Architecture | Operational Systems Design

About

Engineering organizations generate massive volumes of structured QA/QC data, but almost none of it is used to drive operational decisions. I build intelligence layers on top of engineering review workflows that convert checklist-driven QA/QC processes into measurable performance systems. This is a structured decision architecture that: * Makes the operational impact of review latency and rework measurable * Exposes systemic defect patterns across projects, teams, and design phases * Transforms checklist-driven reviews into structured performance data across quality, accuracy, and throughput * Standardizes fragmented review workflows into a consistent, measurable system across teams and individuals The result is a persistent operational intelligence layer that enables leadership to reduce rework, improve quality, and increase throughput without adding headcount. My work combines event-based data modeling, structured SQL pipelines, and opinionated analytics frameworks to turn QA/QC from a passive checkpoint into an active performance driver. Focused on engineering design environments where structured submissions move through formal, multi-step review workflows.
