- Manage integration efforts of new Heubach Group after merger with Clariant Colorants, head project management office for integration efforts - Implementation and maintenance of consolidation tool LucaNet, building of consolidation and reporting functionality and full database of group financial data - Providing monthly and annual group reports (IFRS), facilitating year- end audit and supporting different governance deliverables, such as Impairment and Covenant Testing - Carrying out of varied financial analysis for internal and external stakeholders - Management of special purpose holding entities, implementation of ERP- System - Supporting decision- making and facilitating data needs for global group restructuring - Design and implementation of new consolidated P&L- and Balance Sheet- Structure
