• Assist the Business Intelligence division in fulfilling departmental goals and projects; including establishing the PMO methodologies of agile software development, advanced reporting and data management (EDW), data quality, and analytics, to support the financial objectives of the company • Manage and support various enterprise BI tools, such as; MicroStrategy, SAS and assist in the development and execution of enterprise training and user enablement • Serve as the business partner for various IT teams by facilitating numerous projects, processes, and company initiatives
• Lead project manager assisting in the implementation and quality assurance of the ICD-10 initiative • Actively lead the support of business initiatives through data analysis and identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of various systems • Identify and provide resolution to improve existing processes and potential business solutions • Serve as the subject matter expert on product function to ensure optimal operational performance
