After 20 rewarding years I left the Bahrain Government service in June 2013. Peter had a central role and a key part of the intensive collaborative and team effort at the Ministry of Works (MOW) which transformed it into a strategy-focused organization in 2004-2007. During his time at the MOW, their strategy work was awarded Palladium's Excellence Award and the MOW was inducted in the Hall of Fame for Executing Business Strategy in 2009. MOW became a strategy focused organisation between 2004 and 2007. Executing strategy based on the Balanced Scorecard (System) enabled it to achieve breakthrough results. Strategy management has been consolidated since.
