Project lead on University Gradescope account, aiming to rollout Gradescope to more users across the university. Working on the Blackboard Ultra project as Learn Sci (interactive Labs LTI) customer lead; learning activities training lead; collaborating with colleagues to produce guidance and reassure colleagues during the move to Blackboard Ultra; part of the Blackboard Ultra updates group, assessing new features and communicating these through our blog to colleagues. Enhancing our learning capture (YuJa) experience experience by further partnership with YuJa, with feature enhancements and promoting use cases throughout the University.
Organising and delivering core suite of training sessions for academic colleagues. Work Package Lead for training in regards to Virtual Learning Environment upgrade - designing, building and delivering sessions to administrative and academic staff. Promoting digital accessibility throughout the products created. Liaising with colleagues in team to monitor progress and intersect work packages.
Maintaining a presence on the IT query system in order to support users with their Technology Enhanced Learning queries - in particular student Turnitin and Blackboard Learning Management Software assessment queries; staff queries on assessment, feedback and course management. Needing an eye for detail and a timely response to queries. In-depth knowledge of products .Looking to develop and provide support materials for users, as well as one-to-one at elbow support. Working with the wider TEL team to liaise with other Support team colleagues and Senior colleagues for advice and pedagogical input.
