Collecting the inputs out of service organization and analysis of GSIR (Global Service Intervention Reports) o Definition and ownership of 8D reports, as well Technical Quality Improvements Projects o Managing TCQ projects and coordination of the project team cross departments and platforms o Definition, tracking and ensuring quality targets and goals in the development within the new project o Reporting project status to management and providing the solutions regarding product quality improvements
Work in mega projects for European front loader washer as wash unit system leader. Responsible for module from concept till product release in production. Involved in management of 3 mega projects - acting as Junior Technical Lead o Executing and/or participation on project- and test- planning, FMEA, DVP&R, cost calculation, providing technical BOMs, cooperating with other department and sub-systems, suppliers, as well with production plants, etc. o Creating, developing and managing new design of plastic, metal and sheet metal components and assemblies/modules o Definition, requesting and checking of tolerance stack analysis and measurement reports o Definition and reviewing the FEA simulations o Definition and Tracking of testing o Participation on product implementation into the production process o following the lifecycle management system for products Responsible for project delivery on time with quality and cost targets agreed with project leads.
Full responsibility of the subsystem including: CAD design and FEA calculations of drum and drive system components and system modules Reporting to project lead, preparing FMEA, technical BOM creation, Cooperation with suppliers Involved in design of other components like base group, filters, air-channel and cabinet (mainly plastic and bi-injection parts)
Extended responsibilities of previous RAND TECHNOLOGIES job by: o Consulting the modeling processes and develop optimized design procedures (specially for Matador Puchov – design of tires) o PLM and PDM implementation for customers
SW Trainer: Pro-Engineer, Pro-Mechanica, Windchill o System administration + HW support o Presentation of the SW and preparation of customized demo – participation on the business/selling presentation o Hot-line technical support
