I Was the Architect of a takeover of National Rival Wicks as a defensive position against an evolving market with new entrants with superior business models. Wicks was a mini example of the bigger players for TP to learn from and integrate with; taking TP from £1.3bn PA to £4.4bn with further takeover of Debens using the same takeover strategy. Created London's first fully integrated supply-chain hub with CSB when as Alumni to Greenwich Business School invited by MBA to assist CSB and give it a new strategic direction creating London's First Real-Time visibility Logistics Hub. Made a Non Exec Director I trained Board & all staff in strategy and process it Quickly expanding doubling its warehouses becoming the success it is today. I've been alumni to Masters students over the last 4 years helping MSc civil Engineer students at UEL. a member of CW500 club. and a full member of the NIPA, fellow of IOD & at several key strategic and infrastructure planning groups.i had been senior strategist to OMFIF from 2017 until successfuly presenting a business and economic strategy to an energy investment event in 2023 where large scale funds were available for suitable project!

My MBA dissertation invited by Worshipful Company of Builders Merchants to analyse each department and focus on highest priority through. taken around by the MD it quickly became clear the distribution and supply-chain infrastructure was seriously at fault. firstly rearranging the distribution warehouse gaining a 4.5fold increase in throughput before recommending changes in their branches. Analysing finances I structured the hostile takeover of Wicks builders Merchants who used a very efficient modern logistics management system for them to emulate & integrate. taking the company from £1.3bn pa to £4.7bn pa.
managing works and recommending new practices and methodology to regain program. included presenting to Local Authorities, public, shop keepers and market traders directly affected by development. ensuring quality and compliance whilst maintaining good communication and understanding of the program ahead.
