A full field redevelopment of a mature offshore oil field to offset declining production and ultimately increase capacity to approximately 75,000 bopd while extending field life for a further 30 years. The redevelopment involves two major projects (Phase 1 and Phase 2) and will involve drilling circa 140 new subsea wells, installation of 14 new and modification to 10 existing wellhead platforms, development of a new bridge linked offshore central processing complex with wet sour gas re-injection capability, and tie back to existing oil export facilities. The development involves full project front end loading and execution from concept optimization, through FEED, EPIC and decommissioning of the redundant facilities.
A Coal Seam Gas (CSG) Joint Venture between ConocoPhillips, Origin Energy and Sinopec to develop a 2 Train (nominal 9 Million Ton per annum) LNG facility on Curtis Island supported by an extensive gas gathering and processing infrastructure in Queensland Australia. The Upstream Project consisted of 9 Major Sub Projects engaged in drilling circa 1,000 wells, constructing fifteen trains of gas compression and 2 water treatment plants, an extensive gas gathering and telemetry network and over 500KM of main high pressure trunk pipeline linking the gas fields to the LNG Plant location.
A major capital investment involving the development and execution of a 2 train LNG plant with approx. 15 million tonnes per annum capacity and associated infrastructure and product export facilities in Qatar. The project included full FEED development, EPC execution and commissioning of the facility.
An EPIC contract to supply a Floating Production Storage and Offloading Vessel (FPSO), Flexible Risers and Subsea Cables for ConocoPhilips Indonesia Inc. Belanak Field Development. The facility includes offshore oil, gas, and LPG processing and an integral storage capacity of 1 Million barrels of stabilised crude.
Various corporate and engineering based project controls lead roles in Europe & Africa and Asia/Pacific region including Shapkino FEED and investigative audits in Russia and Algeria.
Various Project Controls Lead roles at KBR's regional office and Middle East based projects such as Dukhan gas recycling project and Marjan Completion & Precommissioning Project.
A 'Turnkey' Central Control & Monitoring (SCADA) System, with integrated Data Communications and Security applications for 26 Strategic defence installations in Saudi Arabia. This was a nominated subcontract of the USAF sponsored $5 Billion Peace Shield defence assistance program.
