PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Presently is Peter Leszczynski a part and the lead of LBConsulting. Previously he acted as Senior Project Leader Construction & Project Management of ARCADIS Germany GmbH at the location Düsseldorf. Before that he provided services as deputy construction project manager for Munich Airport Gateway - DHL Express on behalf of Deutsche Post DHL Real Estate Deutschland GmbH. Before that, he was acting as Head of Construction Department at Orlen Deutschland GmbH and in the past Peter joined Schenker AG in 2018 having held prior positions leading delivery teams at international Schenker entities. As Global Construction Manager at the Schenker’s Global Real Estate Management, he managed project business across the world. As part of the broader team was positioned to provide a range of commercial, technical, engineering and management services of all commercial asset classes. In support of international business operations, Peter acts as the Leader of the Programme Management. His responsibilities included setting up of organization, structures, standards and processes for programmes and projects, operational performance across the international entities and construction management. Previously, Peter served as Project & Programme Manager for large global German Commercial Groups on national and international construction and real estate projects. He also held the position of Project Manager for a new development of a commercial projects including construction management for CBRE, Deutsche Bank - DWS, LIDL Stiftung & Co. KG, Metro Real Estate Management, where he led a team of 20+ professionals. Prior assignments include; project management operations for a new development of shopping malls in Central Europe and logistic real estates across Germany, transactions services for international Real Estate Groups and Financial Institutions, property condition assessment, technical Due Diligence, bank monitoring, location evaluation, monitoring of authority approval procedures for commercial and office real estates. Peter also delivered project management services to a diverse range of local, regional and international clients leading teams of 10+. Peter has over 27 years of management experience in Real Estate & Construction Projects, focused primarily on leading Project & Programme Management of local and international real estates.
