• Preparing isolation plans and coordinate permits. • Coordinate isolations for planned shut downs. • Responsible for update of P&ID drawings. • Update on temporary equipment, drawings, and isolation plans. • Update on equipment not in service, drawings, and isolation plans. • Responsible for Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) campaign. • Comments on various projects. • Ownership and follow up on projects – divide the project into the right system order, and correspond with onshore support. • Update of Production Operation Guidelines. • Innovation and new ideas towards the process, to ease the daily routines for the production team in a safe and productive matter. • Educating Production Technicians, Supervisor Trainees, and Control of Work Leads.
• Responsible for monitoring and daily rounds of various pumps, expanders, turbines and compressors on board. • Monitoring oil level in various auxiliary equipment. • Responsible for the freshwater system on board, including chemical injection i.e. dosing of CO2, chloride and chalk. • Cleaning of various filters within the system. • Preparing smaller isolation plans. • Assisting the Production Assistant in isolating and de-isolating various process and utility equipment. • Educating new Utility Technicians. • Relieving the Senior CCR in the control room, during meetings and in start-up of major equipment and the entire plant after shut-downs. • Responsible for the weekly chemical updates.
• Responsible for the process from the wells through separators and glycol system. • Responsible for keeping the glycol system operational. • Performing test of various wells on a daily basis. • Responsible for fire safety equipment such as fire pump checks on a weekly basis. • Creating smaller isolation plans. • Assisting the Production Assistant with isolation and de-isolation of various process and utility equipment. • Educating new production technicians.
• Process Technician: Responsible for various transport equipment such as fork lifts, transport unit for non-reusable waste from the waste oven. • Responsible for various pumps, and allover rotating equipment concerning lubrication and maintenance. • Responsible for the water treatment system witch cleans the waste gases from the boiler oven. • Responsible for the water demineralization system for the boiler, and the steam-turbine. • Crane operator: Controlling the crane in the waste silo. • CCR: Responsible for an even and smooth burning process within the boiler (oven). Also controlling the steam delivery to the district heating system, and the electricity to the power company. • Responsible for the safety systems within the waste plant.
• PSV Team: Recalibration of various different types of Pressure Safety Valves, on offshore installation and onshore waste plans and various power plans. • As an electrician I have been on various jobs offshore such as installing PA systems, service on various illumination lighting, battery backup check and such.
