As Operational IT Coordinator I am responsible for IT operations and availability of key office systems (hardware, software, video conference systems, ERP system). • Creating high user satisfaction by making sure everyone has the right ICT tools; • Managing service levels with the most important suppliers; • Guarding and managing IT security for the business lines; • Improving user satisfaction and lowering costs with new technologies; • Improving ways of working (engineering, maintenance), based on available data and better use of IT systems; • Supporting operations in the rapidly developing digital sectors: Azure and AWS environments, Office 365 incl. SharePoint and Teams.
