Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
As the Director of Museum Projects with over 30 years of architectural and design experience, I thrive on assembling talented teams and managing complex projects to deliver exceptional results. My journey has taken me around the world, allowing me to contribute to iconic museum projects, including the Louvre in Abu Dhabi, Museum M in Leuven, the K.A. Center for World Culture in Dammam, and the Heraklion Archaeological Museum in Crete, among others. Since joining Craft’s Collaboration Group in 2014, I have focused on developing and implementing processes for contracting and facilitating museum exhibition specialty works. I take pride in overseeing significant exhibitions and installations, such as the traveling King Fahad Exhibition – Spirit of Leadership, the Riyadh Public Transit Visitor Center, and the Museum of Dialogue at KACCC. Some of my recent projects include the design and fit-out of the Beit Al Balad Visitor Center in Jeddah, the inaugural exhibition Mawrid at AlUla, and the interior fit-out of the Bujairi Visitor Center in Diriyah. I also had the pleasure of conceptualizing the Marine Visitor Center in Yanbu. I hold a master's degree in Architecture from H.A.I.S.L in Ghent, Belgium, along with a Postgraduate Project Management qualification. My experience in museum projects dates back to 2007, when I supported fit-out installations in a Natural History Museum. Since then, I've successfully negotiated and directed exhibition fit-out contracts for various prestigious projects, including the Ghent City Museum and the Museum MAS in Antwerp. I'm passionate about pushing the boundaries of design and creating immersive experiences that engage and inspire visitors. Let’s connect.
