Manager of AFP/Graphics COE (Center of Excellence). 2013 to 2015 Team consisted of 3 US based associates with extensive experience in AFP/Graphics Technologies using Elixir, Adobe Photoshop and other graphics tools to create PSEG’s, TIFF’s, JPEG’s and other formats in addition to IBM’s Advanced Function Presentation (AFP) software using Pagedef, Formdef and Overlay features. The US based Team cross-trained 6 additional members based in Hyderabad India for additional support. The applications used COBOL, HP Exstream, Streamweaver and Finalist. The clients included Edward Jones, UBS, J.P. Morgan Chase, Cetera, LPL Financial and others. This position required direct communication with clients and a team of Client Service Representatives and 24/7 production support. • Managed project creating the industry award winning At-A-Glance Statement for Edward Jones with over 10M customers. This application was also used as the model for the Edward Jones Canada client base and one used in Great Britain. • Managed project converting Reich & Tang Statements from CSF to HP Exstream to bring application in line with company standard for composition technologies.
