  • Engineering Director E-IMEA Fabric Enhancers & Liquids WSE India at Procter & Gamble

    Regional Engineering head and Capex responsible (portfolio of 100MM$, yearly spending of 35MM$) for Initiatives delivery, Capacity and innovation for the Fabric Enhancers platform across 6 plants in Europe, Russia and Middle East with a total of 15 production lines as part of a 1 Billion $ Business Category. Also engineering end responsible for 18 months for all Liquids White space expansion projects for India. Direct management of 11 Senior Engineering Managers. Delivered breakthrough innovation with the new Lenor/Beads Unstoppables Carton tube sustainable package, which received several global packaging awards (2023 Dow PAC Global Platinum Award and Packaging Europe sustainable award).

    Regional Head for optimization of entire Fabric and Home Care supply chain, across 12 manufacturing plants, in Greater Europe. Leading several teams, both at feasibility stage, as well the execution of a 3 years, 150MM$ new production facility in Easter Europe (yet confidential). This strategic, confidential broadening role involves touch points upon till SVP, President and deputy CEO level.

  • Process and Project engineer at Duracell Batteries

    First 2 years, part of the Site Manufacturing team, with leading process reliability improvement work and new product initiatives. Later, regional project responsibility for Alakaline and ZincAir batteries across EMEA. In between 6 months assignment in North Carolina,USA.
