Over 25 years total experience, with 14 years at a global engineering, consulting and construction company with over 9,000 professionals. Project Manager / Engineer / Coordinator for numerous infrastructure asset projects for public bodies such as the Environment Agency and Local Government, and for a range of private sector clients, including electricity, gas, telecommunications and water utility providers, port and marina operators and housing developers.
Applying my engineering expertise and project management skills to working on both the transition and redevelopment projects of the Peel Health Campus Transformation. Coordinating multiple subprojects, including an upgrade to the incoming power supply, undertaking and facilitating technical review of drawings and documents prepared by consultant teams for the redevelopment forward works, modular construction of the Central Sterilising Services Department and upgrades of fire infrastructure, coordination of project data between government departments (Departments of Finance and Health), within the client team, (Infrastructure & Facilities Management) and the former hospital operator.
Working for the Facility Management Workstream on the Peel Health Campus Transformation. Involved in developing the Building Condition Assessment Implementation Plan. Led the development of the Functional Unit Readiness implementation.
During this role, I was responsible for the Town’s $118M buildings inventory, including building maintenance, buildings capital projects and strategic asset management of buildings and infrastructure. This includes several buildings on the coastal fringe, including the City of Perth Surf Lifesaving Club and the iconic City Beach Lookout Tower.
