∙ Develop holistic and detailed view of the consumer & shopper, including behavioral patterns, attitudes and preferences across key European markets, the US and Canada ∙ Provide insights and recommendations on opportunities for driving purchase behavior through all communication channels: communication validation both with consumers and HCPs. ∙ Support the development of the innovation pipeline: concept validation with HCPs and consumers, lead penetration increase program research from ideation to concept and communication validation. ∙ Lead the digital agenda of the brand across Europe: HCP online comms and sore throat trigger model development supporting both the sales and marketing teams ∙ Set-up and lead mystery shopping programs across Central Europe ∙ Track and analyse in-market performance of the brand across markets in terms of share, distribution, penetration, equity with consumers and HCPs, recommendation levels, etc.
∙ single point of contact between internal clients (marketing, trade marketing, general management, etc) and syndicated research partners (Nielsen, GfK, IRI, IMS, etc.) ∙ responsibility for syndicated research budget across the region, leading negotiations with all partners ∙ leading and coordinating syndicated data related ad-hoc researches (Nielsen and GfK consumer data research, PriceItRight, Price&Promo studies, Assortman, shopper studies, media modelling, etc.) ∙ set-up and maintenance of all continuous research related activities (in-market performance cross-country, brand & consumer panel based reporting in the region) ∙ central syndicated data information source for local marketing teams & main point of contact for global research team in the region ∙ direct management support with all in-market data related analytics needs ∙ identifying strategic growth platforms and future growth opportunities ∙ responsibility for all research related activities of RB’s Home portfolio & personal care brands (Veet, Clearasil, Kukident) including innovation, claims, packaging, advertising coordinating the whole research process from problem setting in cooperation with the marketing teams, through methodology selection, agency pitching, fieldwork till result evaluation and decision making
Key responsibilities: handling syndicated research across countries (working closely with AC Nielsen, GfK, IMS, Euromonitor, etc) and ad-hoc research for certain brands in Germany and Central-Eastern Europe. Syndicated research: - analysis of market trends, share performance & competitors' activity across 12 countries of the Central European region including all RB brands (such as Finish, Vanish, AirWick, Dettol, Nurofen, Strepsils, Calgon and many more) - ensuring regional SVP & German management team support with ad-hoc data queries, including brand related and customer related presentations & analyses - establishing and constant maintenance of the region's 5-year growth model, thus supporting the long-term strategic planning of all countries in the region - being the main point of contact between brand teams and AC Nielsen, coordinating database-related activities - planning, designing and negotiating new & innovative ways of reporting and analysis - active participation in the activities of the global Nielsen task force - acting as main point of contact between local teams and global CMI team - helping all local teams in the region with syndicated related questions and analyses Ad-hoc research: - certain brand responsibility in Germany, portfolio responsibility in CEE - coordinating the research process from briefing, through proposal evaluation, research design & result interpretation until actionable recommendations - coordinating mystery shopper activities across Eastern Europe Other: - tracking competitors' main NPD launches across countries, reporting to senior management - maintenance of the EPD/NPD tracking across countries - supporting the everyday work of local marketing teams acting as a central information source
