In this role I'm responsible for a team of consultants as direct reporters. I'm acting as Manager, Solution Architect, Lead Consultant and Projectmanager. Proud to be Business Solution Manager and deliver best suitable solutions to customers in the Food / Fresh Produce with my own great team / CFT (Customer Focussed Team) of specialists. In addition to directly managing consultants, provides application consulting and support to Aptean customers. Participate as a member (Lead consultant / Solution Architect) of the implementation team to deploy new projects, and/or provide on-going support to their existing installation when needed and agreed. Consult with customers in the configuration and usage of application modules; research and resolves problems and issues. Accountable for delivering solutions that meets customer expectations and foster positive business relationships with all customers. Coach and Mentor Consultants in their development in areas of Product Knowledge, and Consulting Skills. For some projects I'm acting as Project Manager within the role of BSM.

I have followed a trainee program concerning Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION Role Tailored Client. All parts of Dynamics NAV were treated with the Foodware solution from Schouw Informatisering. Various Microsoft certifications were also obtained during this trainee program. Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a management solution for small and medium-sized organizations that can automate and streamline business processes. It is extremely flexible and equipped with a large number of facilities. The solution enables companies to manage their activities, including finance, production, sales, shipping, project management, services and more. Companies can easily add functionality that is relevant to the region in which the company operates, and can even be adapted for highly specialized industries.
As a graduation project, the production process of wood wool panels was investigated and analyzed for waste. Business Intelligence is used as a theoretical framework to realize a methodology in which automated data is collected to make KPIs transparent and to allow a structural approach to waste. The result has been implementation advice, with a realization for the automated collection and processing of data into relevant control information. All this with the help of an OSI-PI software package. Tools to enable real-time insight and analysis afterwards have been PI-Processbook and PI-Datalink. Ultimately, an advice was provided on organizational structure, culture and follow-up processes to stimulate development of Business Intelligence for middle management. In addition to the activities related to the assignment, leadership has been taken and support provided to improve the process, insight into the process and operation of the process. This to make collected data reliable, but also to reduce waste immediately. Activities performed can be subdivided into realization, support, delegation and advice.
